It is good - but to use its full potential, you're going to need some fancy hardware. There are several models, but it looks like 4k UHD at 120Hz refresh is common. Even with good WiFi it's better if at least one end is wired. If you live in an apartment where you can see a ton of other networks, wired Ethernet is a must. If you're in a house without super close by neighbors and have a decent wifi network, you can get by with doing all this exclusively on wifi.

There is a third party Gamestream client that will run on generic Android TV boxes called Moonlight if the cost of the SATV is more than you want to spend on the project. Kinda expensive, but it does a lot, being an Android TV box that can play Android games on addition to streaming your PC to your TV.
